EastPay® Issuer manages the card life cycle via your back office and related interfaces, allowing you to handle multiple administrative functions.

Application
A powerful and adaptable real-time card application processing program. Its table-driven parameters provide flexibility in defining the work rules and decision processes for evaluating applications, with a simplified approach to workflow control. It can be integrated easily with the EastPay® issuer module to make the processing of new credit/debit/prepaid card requests quick and seamless.

EMV Parameters & Scripts

This module will provide the basic card parameters, EVM card parameters and define the scripts of chip-enabled cards. EastPay supports the definition of up to 9999 products.
Different card products have different properties, including:

  • Plastic Type (Magnetic & EMV, E-Cash, MasterCard PayPass, VSDC)
  • Card Type (Debit, Credit, Corporate, Co-branded)
  • Card brand (Visa, MasterCard, UPI, Private Label)
  • Card number and Card Face rule
  • Accounting and Billing rules
  • Authorization Parameters
  • Risk Control Parameters
  • Pricing Parameters
  • BIN Management
This module will also provide the parameters and define the scripts of EMV cards, including:
  • DGI grouping management
  • Default value of TAGs, including online/ offline requirements
  • Script definitions (block / unblock applications, PIN related, parameter related)

Card Personalization

Key Management

A robust and reliable key management system is a basis for building smart card solutions that fulfill the strictest security requirements dictated by Visa, MasterCard, UPI and other international payment organizations. EastPay® key management system provides the flexibility to manage a very large number of keys throughout their entire lifecycle. Keys are generated, maintained, transmitted, and removed from circulation after reaching their expiry date.

Card Preparation
The card personalization module can generate pre-personalization files of chip, magnetic stripe and contactless cards. It allows simple and mixed (multi-application) cards to be generated to take advantage of the chip's capacity. EastPay® offers a userfriendly environment that enables users to define card profiles that are fully adapted to their specific needs.

PIN Production
There are several ways for PIN production in EastPay®. The issuer may use a PIN mailer for each cardholder. The system can also be configured to generate a natural PIN, the cardholders may then set the PIN on a secure in-branch device or at an ATM.

Customer Management

The EastPay® customer module provides comprehensive functionalities for customer service agents to have quick and easy access to client information. It also allows users to maintain customer information online where all changes to information are logged for future reference. Feature summary:
